Emanuel Arbib

Executive Chairman

Emanuel Arbib is the co-founder and chairman of Integrated Alternative Investments. Previously, from 1993 to 2000, he was a director of Capital Management Limited which specialised in the global fixed income market and alternative investments. Since May 1997, he has also been a director of the Trident Rowan Group Inc., a NASDAQ quoted company that controlled Moto Guzzi SpA, the Italian motorbike manufacturer. In addition, he ran the Italian Desk for Eurobond sales at Prudential Bache Securities (UK) in 1990 and 1991. He holds an ABA Degree in Business and a graduate degree in Economics and Finance from Bocconi University in Milan.

Peter Dencik

Managing Director, Hedge Funds Group (IAM)

Before joining the IAM Group Peter was Group Chief Executive of Key Asset Management and Senior Advisor to the Board of Singer & Friedlander Investment Management Ltd. (SFIM). He joined SFIM in 1995 as Director and Head of Institutional Business.  Before this Peter also held positions as Deputy Executive Director at PKA, Denmark’s largest pension fund administration with responsibility for asset allocation, investment strategy and monitoring of external managers. He also served on the Board of two MBO/LBO funds managed by Industrikapital, the Nordic private equity firm, between 1989 and 1995. Before joining PKA in 1985, Peter was an Associate Professor at RoskildeUniversity and the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. Peter holds a Masters in Economics from Gothenburg University, Sweden.

Matthew Clarke

Chief Financial Officer

Matthew graduated from Edinburgh University with an honours degree in Economics. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in their financial services practice in London but also worked on secondment with them in Luxembourg and Johannesburg. In 1997, he left Deloitte to join Trio Holdings plc. Trio, listed on the London Stock Exchange, was the holding company for the money and securities broking companies Martin Brokers and Trio Equity Derivatives. Matthew joined as the finance director and compliance officer of their London businesses with responsibility for the operational aspects of the group as well. He was appointed to the main Trio Board in January 2004 until its takeover in April 2005. Prior to joining the Integrated Group, he spent time at the spread-betting company Spreadex.

Marion Galanter

Chief Operating Officer

Marion graduated from HEC Business school, one of the top ranking French business schools, in 2000. She started her career at Arthur Andersen, France as a junior auditor and went on to become a consultant for Cap Gemini, specialising in the re-organisation of financial departments. At the end of 2002, Marion left Cap Gemini to become CFO of Financiere Atlas, a French fund management company where she spent 5 years. Following the sale of Altigefi, a former subsidiary of Financiere Atlas to Integrated at the end of 2007, Marion joined Integrated as Chief Operating Officer for the group’s hedge fund activities and as General Manager of Altigefi in Paris.

Ohad Egoz

Legal Counsel and Company Secretary

Ohad Egoz is the legal counsel and Company Secretary of the Integrated Asset Management plc group of companies ("IAM Group"). Ohad completed a law degree in Reading University and, after completing a two year training contract with Nabarro Nathanson, London, he qualified as a solicitor in September 1999. He then moved to Maclay Murray & Spens, London, where he worked as a corporate solicitor and gained broad experience in handling corporate finance, corporate disposals and acquisitions, joint ventures and banking and commercial transactions. In November 2003, Ohad moved to pursue private equity transactions, advising high net worth individuals and asset management funds as a senior corporate solicitor.

Darren Lauber

Senior Investment Manager

Darren's responsibilities include portfolio management, asset allocation and fund research and he is also a member of the Investment Committee. He held similar positions previously at Key Asset Management (UK) Ltd and Mount Capital Management. Prior to specialising in hedge fund investing in 2001, Darren worked as a "sell-side" equity analyst at WestLB Panmure and then as a "buy-side" equity analyst at Ansbacher. As an equity analyst, he has published numerous research notes at both company and sector levels. Darren began his career in 1996 as a Chartered Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand, focusing on the audit and corporate finance of medium-size and growing businesses. Darren holds an MA (honours) degree in Economics from Cambridge University (1995). He is also a qualified Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst CAIA and holds the full UKSIP IMC Investment Management Certificate.

Simone Borla

Managing Director

Simone started his career in banking at JP Morgan Investment Management within the team covering Italian institutional clients. He then served as Head of Sales and Marketing of Lombard Marketing Service and established the Italian operations of Lombard International Assurance. Subsequently, he set up Integrated Financial Products Ltd, where he was Managing Director. Simone was responsible for the three units of the firm active in electronic brokerage, equity derivatives and asset management. After the acquisition by Integrated Asset Management, he became Managing Director of Sales and Marketing of Integrated Alternative Investments and was instrumental in developing the firm from its family office background into an international player. He also sits on the Investment Management Committee of the company. Simone graduated at Bocconi University (Milan) and is the author of a number of books including "Hedge Funds: A Resource for Investors", published by Wiley & Sons.

Simon von Oppenheim

Managing Director

Prior to joining Integrated Alternative Investments, Simon was Director of European Investments at GEM Advisors Inc. GEM is a New York advisory firm specializing in asset allocation and private placement in public equities for a handful of selected US based investment funds. From 1996 to 2000, Simon was an equity broker for Sal. Oppenheim jr. & Cie. Securities Inc. NY, specialising in the sale of German and Swiss stocks to North American institutional investors. Simon graduated with an economics degree from the University of Kent at Canterbury in 1993 and spent the following years at Banque Indosuez in Paris as a credit analyst covering Northern European companies.

Max Zorza

Director - Chief Risk Officer

Massimiliano Zorza graduated from Bocconi University, Milan, in Business Administration, specialising in strategy and management of international companies. After graduation, he started working in the financial industry, accumulating experience in Italy and the UK. He worked for Lombard Marketing Service, the Italian operation of the Luxembourg based Lombard International Assurance and subsequently moved to London where, in 1999, he joined Integrated Financial Products Ltd. He then joined Integrated Alternative Investments in 2002 originally as Chief Operating Officer and subsequently as Risk Officer.
